Usually, it takes up to two hours to process a ticket. Once the tickets are ready, we will send you an itinerary receipt or voucher. Please make sure you provided your correct email address when placing the order. Please also check your spam folder.
If it has been longer than expected since you made the payment and you have not received the itinerary receipt yet, it means your order is still being processed. In such cases, please contact our customer care service and provide them with your order number.
Occasionally, manual processing is required to generate tickets, which is done by our staff during working hours and may take a little longer.
Once the tickets have been issued, you can also access them on the "My bookings" page. There, you can review the details, download the tickets and policies, as well as request an exchange or refund if needed.
To prevent any financial losses, please do not create a duplicate order until the previous one has reached its final status (either ""issued"" or ""error"")."
