In order to change or reschedule your flight, certain rules are associated with the purchase of your airfare. To determine if your flight is eligible for these procedures, we need to analyze the details of your purchase. Please contact our Customer Care service and provide them with the order number and email address of the buyer.
Please also let us know your preferred date, time and flight number. Please note that it should be the same airline, the same route (in most cases) and the same passenger - no airline change or passenger change is allowed.
The final cost of the exchange will depend on the fare, airline fines, and any additional surcharges. While we strive to find the best deals for you, the fares and exchange conditions are determined by the airline.
To proceed with the exchange, you must confirm and make the payment using the link we provide. Failure to do so may result in a change in cost or the availability of seats. Without confirmation and payment, we cannot proceed with the exchange. Once confirmed and paid, we will send you the new itinerary receipts.
When exchanging tickets, we charge a service fee of 35 euros per passenger. If the exchange is requested less than 24 hours before departure, the fee is doubled.
