Choosing the correct request type
When submitting a request, please select the category that best matches your situation. This helps us direct your message to the right specialist and speeds up processing.
Refunds
Select Involuntary refund only if your request is related to an airline-initiated schedule change or flight cancellation.
Select Voluntary refund for all other cases, including personal reasons, visa issues, illness, duplicate bookings, or incorrect passenger details.
If you are unsure which type applies, describe your situation in the comment field and we will advise you.
Extra services request
When requesting additional services, please provide all required details. Depending on the service type, specify:
what service you need (extra baggage, pet in cabin/hold, special assistance, sports equipment, seat request, etc.)
dimensions and weight (for baggage or equipment)
carrier size, weight, and pet type (for pet travel)
preferred seat type (aisle, window, extra legroom), if applicable
any additional information required by the airline
Incomplete details may delay processing or prevent the airline from confirming the service.
Personal data correction
If you need to correct a name, date of birth, or document details:
clearly indicate what needs to be corrected
attach a photo of the passenger’s travel document showing the correct information
Some airlines charge fees for corrections, and certain changes may not be permitted after ticket issuance.

Choose Other only if none of the listed categories match your request or if you cannot provide your WowTickets Order ID.
Providing your Order ID
When contacting us, please include your correct WowTickets Order ID.
You can find it in your confirmation email. Providing this number helps us locate your booking quickly and offer faster assistance.
